Description

Faculty development trainers help instructors develop better teaching and
educating skills. This requires a high level of education and teaching
experience, and a love of teaching and coaching others.
* Design and deliver faculty training programs, events, workshops, and activities to introduce educators to innovative teaching strategies and pedagogical techniques
* Design and deliver orientation sessions to newcomers
* Coach faculty, teaching assistants, and instructors in courses and tutorial delivery
* Assist in lectures delivery evaluation
* Track instructors' development
* Design tools for data collection, interview, analysis, and evaluation report writing
* Create high-quality training material
* Administer course evaluation tasks
* Create innovative ideas and creative solutions

Qualifications

• A BSc or a higher degree in Education, or related


• Experience in


• ‎1- Teaching to undergraduate students


• ‎2- STEM Education


• ‎3- Instructors' training and professional development.


• Organization skills


• Very good communication skills
