Managing all new projects related to M &E in Plant
Managing Plant Layout and any changes on it
Managing all M&E PCPs
Manage M&E meeting GM Requirements
Manage and control M&E Parameters
Manage Plant inhouse racking design
Manage and design Plant Special fixtures/tools
S/He will be responsible for;
Managing any layout changes
Manage and control M &E Parameters
Lead New launches/Projects M&E requirements
Manage and control Plant Special Jigs, fixtures, and tools
Manage and control the designs of internal racks
Developing, introducing concept throughensuring effective implementation BIQ
statements (PCP release and Gap closure of PFMEA)
Manage Plan for Every plant with ME Projects coordinator
Manage Process capability of Plant M&Es
Release new assembly documents/ Instructions for new equipment release
Provide technical assistance for M&E issues
For new Tooling & Automation Projects:
Initiate projects scope and ideas for SPQRCE improvement
Create Project charter for the current and proposed projects
Create Detailed Project Statement of Requirements for suppliers complying with
M&E standards
Detailed Technical review and design approval for automation project technical
approval
Project Time management through PM systems
Project milestones revision and regular follow up
Projects presentation in GM Local and global reviews
Project Resources management through all project time from initiation till
closure
Project Risk management with detailed risk control plan
Project Budget management (CAPEX/OPEX), planning, spending as well as
financial reporting
Implement manufacturing systems qualifications in projects technical phases
Project execution management with stakeholder and communication management
Project buyoff, commissioning and capitalization
