Main Objective
Production Control is responsible to achieve production plan by controlling
irregulars with the best working efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Monitor daily production target based on master plan.
Track shop results & compare with each shop plan by grasping data of vehicles
manufacturing
Control the work in process and keep it within standard limits.
Record & control Line stop to ensure the efficient resource utilization
Calculate and improve plant KPIs this include taking the necessary action to
keep KPI’s on track
Present daily/weekly/monthly reports that reflects production KPIs
Report Plant KPI’s to management committee
Control engineering and production trials units during new model or minor
change launching
Manage special activities within plant
Monitor & control daily performance for NGV
Lead and evaluate production control team
Manage & evaluate production control team in shop floor
Qualifications & relevant experience:
Bachelor of Science in relevant Mechanical / Production Engineering / Quality
control / Operations Management / Project management
4-5 years’ experience in the same field
Fluency in English & Arabic languages
