Job Purpose:
* Ensure excellent customer service is provided to customers in timely manner, by adhering to policies and standards to achieve highest satisfaction levels.
Job Description:
* Serve all customer's inquiries and provide full information and advice.
* Direct communications with all external suppliers and internal employees of the customer.
* Handling packing process and applying insurance service once needed.
* End to end resolution with close monitoring and follow up for each single case/email.
* Follow Invoicing and payment cycle with credit team and customer's concerned department.
* Weekly detailed delivery report for customer's team and management.
* Guidance and consulting customer's team and offer best solutions.
* Usage of E-tools systems and ensuring regular updates.
* Handle rates calculation for the customer.
* Co-ordinate with Aramex Freight team.
* Preparing shipping documentation.
* Initiating an efficient communication with all cycle concerns Packing, Temperature control, line haul, Aramex Warehouse, and destinations or co loaders to ensure all are organized well and full readiness for smooth-success clearance and delivery start to end.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree Holder (Logistics/ Supply chain/ Business Administration Major Preferably).
* 1 - 2 Years of experience in Customer Service field.
* Fluency in English is a MUST.
* Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
* Good experience in express services.
* High proficiency in Customer Communications.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and Written in English.
* Work Location: 6th of October Industrial Zone
