We are hiring for an On site Chinese language translator - Chinese to English
and English to Chinese. This will be on a contract duration of ‎1 year.
Location: Saudi Arabia, Al Jubail Industrial City

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Real time translation during meeting


• Familiar with translation of technical terms in industrial project environment


• Assist Guardian team on site to communicate with Chinese counterparts


• Understand and follow site safety in project environment.


• Coordinate with different onsite commissioning teams during walk arounds


• Translate Chinese training materials/ documents to English.


• During commissioning phase be a real time translator during training sessions


• Organize and coordinate his schedules between different teams to ensure his availability as and when required.


• Effectively communicate in both languages to ensure discussions are more transparent.

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

• Good communicator with fluent in both Chinees and English languages


• Ability to translate effectively between English & Chinese


• Excellent presentation skills


• Good in using MS Office


• Well versed around MBM guiding principals


• Experience of working as translator during meeting/ conferences, project work


• Welling to work in a fast changing work environment and deal with different ethnicities.


• Formal safety training and/or previous experience in managing safety is desirable
