Inventory Planner - Aftermarket Repair

Duties and responsibilities included, but are not limited to:
* Inventory planning and purchasing for Repair group in ARM.
* Regular meetings with AM Sales team and facility Manager for upcoming jobs, so as to plan for ordering parts.
* Entering BOM and provide picklist to warehouse for items which are required for ongoing jobs.
* Utilization of parts which are available in SAF inventory, to reduce Inventory burden.
* Getting quotes from freight forwarder for urgent shipments and decide on which MOT to be used.
* Downloading daily Open order reports from Glovia/Omega for Repair mas loc.
* Co-ordinate with freight forwarder in each region to get the status of those items which are received from Houston and various locations.
* Updating the shop team with parts status and ETA for those which are not available in any inhouse locations.
* Checking with local suppliers for items which are not available in Inhouse locations, before placing order to Houston.
* Updating parts status for ongoing and forecast jobs.
* Review of final parts list used for the job with the final sales quote provided to customer.
* Updating in system for the items not used for the job which are to returned back to warehouse and make necessary adjustments in system.
* Conducting warehouse audit regularly and check the shelf life of consumable items regularly.
* Review and analysis of OES items.
* Reviewing and maintaining the safety stock level for Repair group.
Function/ Purpose:
The function and purpose of this position is to support the needs of ARM and
ensure the company complies with all local and international laws.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Graduation in any Business associated Course.
* Minimum Three years' Inventory Planning or equivalent combination of education.
* Excellent Knowledge in Inventory Management & Warehouse functioning.
* Excellent Knowledge in Computer & Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge.
* Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal.
* Mastery of both English and Arabic languages.
* Prior experience in Glovia system application is preferred.
* Advanced analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
