Our EMD Team ensure that our great range of bespoke equipment is well
maintained and ready to use on projects. As Supervisor, you set the standards
and expectations for the team in terms of quality and productivity, and you
lead by example - in your values, leadership and technical knowledge.
WHAT YOUaLL BE DOING:
* Supervise and motivate mechanics and apprentice mechanics to ensure and enforce all work is carried out in accordance with Mammoet HSE, SHE-Q and Business policies and procedures, including the use of all required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
* Ensure work is started and completed in a timely manner
* Plan work and ensure all necessary equipment, people and additional resources are planned and ready for the execution of the work
* Ensure all mechanics and apprentices have been deemed competent on the equipment they are working with
* Maintain good customer relations with clients
* Review/check/approve maintenance work orders. Make sure all information is included and correct before handing into the office. Ensure work orders have been signed by customer if necessary
* Ensure field level risk assessments are completed, signed off, documented and filed
* Ensure daily reporting to Service Manager
WHAT YOUaLL NEED:
* Alberta Journeyman Trade Certificate (Red Seal preferred)
* CVIP License
* Crane and Heavy Transport knowledge
* Minimum four (4) years as a journeyman HD Mechanic
* Previous supervisory experience
* Good communicator
* Motivated
* Team player
* Good supervisory skills
* Multi-tasker

* Service Orientated
