Are you ready to make a difference in C4I Training and become a member of an
elite training team providing state of the art training? The ideal candidate
for this position will be responsible for working within the scope of the
GOVCIO training team to provide instruction and facilitation of C4I courseware
to the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF). Duties and responsibilities include
technical instruction and facilitation of C4I courseware such as Global
Command and Control System - Joint (GCCS - J) Maintenance, Operations,
Communications and System Administration; Air Defense Systems Integrator
(ADSI); Link - 11; Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System
(CENTRIXS); Naval Modular Automated Communications System (NAVMACS); and other
RSNF C4I Support systems.
Additionally, the candidate will provide technical and administrative support
to the NAVEDTRA 130 series process (PADDIE) to maintain existing courseware
and develop additional C4I training curriculum/courseware by:
* Preparing Lesson Plans and course review to provide instruction
* Must be knowledgeable and capable of operating various computer based training systems and training aids
* Analyzing current courseware and curriculum used by the RSNF to identify gaps in training
* Providing appropriate feedback for selection of appropriate media types and delivery modalities to satisfy new training requirements
* Enhancement of existing training solutions to align with job performance
* Must be able to collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and multimedia specialists.
* Must be able to work within a team environment
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in field related to training,
instruction or instructional development AND minimum of four (4) years of
direct military experience in associated functional task; OR, Ten (10) years
of combined military and civilian experience in associated functional task.
Desired Qualifications: US Navy C4I Systems experience preferred. Military
Instructor qualification (journeyman or Master Training Specialist) with C4I
experience.
