Order Handling Team in the Middle East is looking for an experienced Order
Handler to be based in our office in Jubail, KSA.
The mission of an Order Handler is to provide a superior experience to our
customers by successfully managing the end to end customer orders.
The position requires teamwork between internal and external sales teams with
the aim to enhance overall Customer experience.
Key Tasks:
* Execute and manage the order processes (order to cash) via ERP System (iScala).
* Place orders to internal factories and external suppliers.
* Communicate with customers and follow up on order acknowledgements.
* Follow up & co-ordinate to ensure delivery is done in line with the incoterms, delivery time and agreed costs.
* Timely escalation and resolution of issues arising during order handling process.
* Handle Import, export documentations and logistics requirements.
* Order backlog and goods movement inventory follow up.
* Timely Invoicing.
* Ensure customer is always informed on the order status and respond to customer queries promptly.
* Ensure compliance to standard business processes throughout order handling process.
* Develop intra organizational network to ensure smooth and timely execution of customer orders.
* Effectively communicate with factories, suppliers, and other stake holders within and outside the organization
* Register and manage claims throughout the whole claim handling / investigation process.
* Should be able to work under pressure collaborate with different stake holders and prioritize customer needs according to changing business objectives.

Workplace & Hierarchy
The position is based in KSA and reports to the Order Handling Manager MEA in
Dubai, UAE.
Candidate Profile (Personal):
University Degree
Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in Order Handling/Logistics/Customer Service
with a multinational company.
Knowledge of Letter of Credits and LC documentation.
Working knowledge of commercial Incoterms
Expertise in logistics with a knowledge of import export process.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Arabic will be added advantage.
Knowledge of Sustainability practices with respect to supply chain and
logistics will be added advantage.
