Alfa Laval Middle East Saudi Arabia is searching for an accounting manager and
business controller to manage and to develop accounting function, and to
partner with business in controlling of service operations, and sales. It is a
very dynamic and challenging role as insightful and instrumental finance shall
continue our success.

Currently, we have presence in three sites:
* Jeddah - customer support
* Jubail-Service Center
* Khobar - customer support, opening soon
* Yanbu - service center
The position / About the Job
* Manage all accounting (Financial and Cost Accounting) and Reporting activities in KSA and Qatar Branches
* Support the country General Manager by keeping him (her) updated on trends, operational result of the service entities, sales and administration costs, inventory, cash flow, order backlog, other important costs or losses. Participate in developing companies Forecast.
* Assist Regional management in the transformation of our footprint in KSA.
* Prepare and execute financial and tax audits in close cooperation with the ALMEA finance management and the appointed audit firm.
* Ensure the company is compliant with Tax regulation.
* Ensure the compliance with Transfer Pricing (DFCT, CbCr etc.) regulations in KSA and Qatar
* Liaise and coordinate all relevant issues with the local banks.
* Maintaining and reviewing internal controls for financial operations
* Comply with labour laws on Wage Protection System
* Keep local and regional management up to date with new applicable legal requirements, rules and regulations in time and propose adequate action.
* Service Operations controlling: Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts. Perform regular analysis of business performance and report variances. Prepare and drive the costing update processes. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. Ensure compliance and internal control within area of responsibility. Business partner for Service operations. Continuous improvement of business processes and ensure suitable financial performance measurement (KPI) in service Operations.
* Liaison with external/statutory auditors to have audited financial statements according to statutory deadlines.
* Manage and obtain the certified/audited report on Local Content Scorecard

What you can
* Accounting degree, preferably from ACCA, AICPA, CA, CIMA
* Exposure with external audits and practical knowledge of IFRS and Tax regulations.
* Experience in Internal control framework and environment and business process setup and continuous development
* Five years of relevant industrial experience at a similar level or Audit background
* Arabic language is an advantage.
