Associate Project Manager

products per year, to our customers in nine countries throughout the region

‎27,000 brands and almost ‎50,000 branches, while our q-commerce concept,
talabat mart, now delivers groceries to customers in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan,
Kuwait, Oman Qatar, and the UAE in ‎30 minutes or less!

Role Summary:
Responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation
through to completion, managing expansion in cities by setting growth plans
and targets, suggesting marketing plans, setting timelines and roadmaps to
launch any new vertical with strategic vendors, and also supporting the Sales
team in achieving targets over all Egypt.
What's On Your Plate:
* Understand basic revenue models and P/L by working on the commission% and reducing CPO to guarantee a positive P/L.
* Define the Strategy and develop new Tactics to hit the target set by Sales Director.
* Assure that all stakeholders and team are aware with targets & vision.
* Target assignment and revamp.
* Manage the Full PMO for all projects.
* Improve business profitability and net GMP by managing the commission% per vendor and total CPO.
* Identifying gaps and improvement areas and accordingly suggest actionable plans.
* Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
* Identify resources and assign responsibilities.
* Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s).
* Ensure project documents are complete including any risk assessment matrix if required.
* Identify the target audience "customer & Vendors" behaviour in the city.
* Identify the local competition and assess the point of strength and weakness.
* Flag any late or breach that might affect the expansion timelines or targets.
* SWOT analysis at soft launch to avoid it before Hard launch.
* Align with marketing team about the projected orders, CPO and ROI, etc.
* Lead Generator and share potential vendors with sales team to hit the targets.
* Works closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).
What Did We Order:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
* ‎3-‎4 years of project management and related experience.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
* Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
* Excellent Communication and leadership skills.
* Strong SF knowledge.
* Strong use of insights, data driven and reports building.
* Fluent English language.
* Ability to work with different stakeholders.
