mate to join us in the Sinai Quarry as the Quarry Site Manager.

What you 'll be doing:
* Applying the required production and quality for the plant.
* Manage and regulate the quarry's budget.
* Maintain up-to-date records and manage paperwork.
* Write development proposals and reports.
* Technical support for all suppliers based on the contracts (Survey, Extraction, Quality…etc.).
* Evaluate the team performance.
* Closely monitor all areas of our quarry to ensure that extraction and processing work is carried out to the highest standard.
* Applying the Six Sigma project.
* Applying the requested mining plan.
* Ensure all license procedures for our quarry.
* Follow up the safety procedures.
* Applying the planned savings.
* Implement the BDE reports.
What we 'd love for you to have:
We are interested in you as a person; your attitude, behaviors and values. As
long as you have the willingness to learn anything you need for the role that
you don't already have, we'd love to speak to you. If you have experience in
the following areas - this is an added advantage:
* BA degree in Mining Engineering.
* A min of ‎15 years' experience in the mining field.
* Ability to interpret the mining plan maps by AutoCAD.
* Excellent Reporting Skills.
* Excellent leadership skills.
* Excellent planning Skill.
* Very good written and spoken English.
