Our curriculum is based on the National Curriculum for England, but is
influenced by current global topics and nuances of the UAE, meeting the
specific interests of our international community of children. Al Salam is
completely technology enabled, a Google certified school, ensuring all
teachers and children are equipped with Chrome books. Our staff and children
are fully conversant with technology within the classroom and home learning.

We are looking for an inspirational and innovative Head of Inclusion to join
our dedicated team.
The role of the Head of Inclusion is to support and promote an inclusive
culture throughout Al Salam school, enabling all students to achieve their
best and overcoming barriers to learning and participation. The Head of
Inclusion holds an important strategic role in the school's senior leadership
team. It entails managing a Team of Inclusion staff coordinating appropriate
provisions for Students of Determination and those with additional needs and
liaising with colleagues, parents, and outside agencies.
Education:
* Master's degree in inclusion and Special Education
* University Degree in Education or subject
Experience:
* Successful international experience in inclusion
* 2 years minimum experience as head of the inclusion dept.
* 5 years minimum experience as an inclusion teacher
