Kindergarten Teacher ( Natives speakers preferred) for the Academic year 2023/2024

International Community School (ICS) is seeking outstanding Kindergarten
Teachers for the academic year ‎2023/‎2024. The school provides high-quality
education and follows the American & British Curriculum
Responsibilities:
* Deliver lessons that inspire students to succeed to achieve the best possible outcomes.
* Teamwork and collaboration
* Good communication at all levels
* Develop positive relationships with all members of the school community
* Plan engaging lessons that meet the requirements of the curriculum
* Liaise with colleagues and work flexibly
* Work with parents to ensure the happiness and best academic outcomes for all children
* Clear understanding of the Curriculum
* Organize the classroom provision and learning resources
* Plan, prepare, and present sessions that cater to the needs of the whole ability range
* Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative teaching
* Observe and assess children in line with school assessments
* Use data provided by assessments to influence further planning, provision, and intervention
* Provide feedback to parents and carers on a student's progress
* Follow the school's behaviour policy
* Maintain good relationships with pupils
* Be a positive role model
* Carry out duties as directed within the school's policy

Requirements:
* Bachelor in Education (Early Childhood or Child Development Studies)
* Minimum ‎2 years experience as a KG/FS Teacher
* Experience with an American/British Curriculum is advantageous
* Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language
* Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child
* A high level of professionalism and consideration for the well-being of children
* Recent and consistent involvement in extra-curricular activities
* Respect for all members of a school community, irrespective of position, gender, age, and ethnic background.

Package AED9,‎000 - AED13,‎000 per month (based on qualifications and
experience) + housing allowance + annual ticket to home country
