Your role will be incredibly fast-paced and diverse but broadly speaking, will
revolve around building and leading an incredibly high-performance commercial
team and taking complete ownership of this side of the company.
Your Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing the company's global growth strategy
* Leading a cross-functional, globally distributed Commercial team
* Implement a tech strategy that delivers accurate data that can be used for future decision making
* Own and drive high impact initiatives to support both existing and new growth areas: ensure revenue and profitability goals are achieved across regions
* Lead from the front and coach the team
* Be influential in C-Suite Leadership meetings
* Be responsible for commercial strategy innovation
* Ensure relying on metrics that matter: long-term revenue growth, customer value, and partner understanding of our product and solutions
* Identify, implement, and track the Key Performance Indicators to track the health of the business
* Be client-facing in crucial client meetings while mentoring and managing the front-line Individual Contributors
* Leverage your industry knowledge and in-market relationships to foster growth
* Establishment and maintenance of the partner network
* Management of total account and overall portfolio including achieving revenue, profit and volume targets while meeting account service expectations
* Develop and execute strategic customer acquisition
* Build customer business plans with key strategies to sustain growth
* Present business plans to senior management both internally and externally with customers
* Review and evaluate performance in achieving sales and execution objectives.
* Maintain ongoing key customer management contacts to expedite resolution of customer concerns and
* Assist in development of customer supply chain. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to maximize results and minimize customer issues.
Your Qualifications
* 3+ years' experience in executive Commercial leadership positions (CCO, CRO etc.)
* Experience managing local and regional markets (MENA)
* Must have experience working for a Tech-driven Scaleup - either Series A, B or C or alternatively a renowned innovator
* Understanding of supply chain and ideally experience in eCommerce
* Innovative, forward-thinking mindset
* Deep knowledge of Sales, Business Development and Marketing
* Proficient analytical and strategic planning skills to drive business planning
* At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of strategic partnerships / business development with a strong track record in establishing and implementing such partnerships
* Excellent knowledge (ideally initial experience) in the e-commerce industries
