Key Accountabilities –
Assist in operating the Food and beverage offerings to the guests
Handle the administrative functions of every F&B; outlet
Establish and maintain effective relations with the team members.
Keep records of all certifications updated for all team members related to
occupational health card, Health and Safety and Food Safety
Develop formal training plans and coordinate on the job training and mandatory
sessions for Food & Beverage Department.
Assist with the compilation of new menus and beverage lists
Attend and contribute to weekly Food & Beverage departmental meetings
Take charge of the records pertaining to licensing for the restaurant and the
bar.
Inform the Food & Beverage Department on a daily basis of all relevant
information on operational matters
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Education
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management / Course in Hotel Management
Job Experience
1-2 years’ experience as a F&B; Coordinator in a 3-4 star hotel.
Others
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Skilled in MS Office programs and FMS software.
On the feet thinking to drive creative solutions to overcome obstacles.
Is a team player, willing to learn, train and motive the team.
