Marketing Assistant - Dubai Campus

The Marketing, Student Recruitment, Admissions and Communications directorate
is at the heart of attracting, engaging and delivering exceptional student and
stakeholder experiences. We deliver professional services that support the
University's strategic ambitions. We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing
Assistant to join our team at Dubai Campus. The work will be varied and will
require the post holder to provide a fair, friendly, accurate, confidential

Key Duties and Responsibilities

* Equipped with graphic design and video editing skills to develop creatives for Marketing materials across social media channels as well as print branding.
* Ability to come up with creative concepts and designs to represent and improve brand presence.
* Develop and maintain high-quality, accurate, dynamic content for the campus, digital (website CMS and CRM), and print channels including video, images, animations, and copy.
* Support marketing events by capturing and editing high-quality photos that meet University marketing & communications needs.
* Ensure the brand is represented correctly in line with the guidelines for all marketing materials.
* Skilled in software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, and After Effects.
* Assist the team in promoting HWUD at exhibitions, information sessions, and school career fairs throughout the calendar - work outside of assigned may be required on occasion.
* Administrative or other marketing support to assist with the efficient running of the department, as and when required.

Essential Qualifications
* Formal education to degree level or equivalent.
* Experience of developing and delivering creative content on social media, web CMS platforms and in print.
* Exemplary written and spoken English.
* Creative flair and keen attention to detail.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

* Degree in Business, Marketing or Design
Experience of graphic designing and developing newsletters, ads and adverts.
