* Administrative Support to Senior Executives;
* Calendar Management;
* Documentation and Records Management;
* Events and Travel Co-ordinations;
* PO and PR management and invoicing.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
* Degree or similar relevant qualification;
* Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in supporting Senior Executives;
* Team Calendar Management;
* Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
* Very strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
* Ability to prioritize and organizational skills.
