* Warmly greeting and welcoming guests upon their arrival at the front desk or reception area.
* Learning and using relevant software systems for guest management and front office operations, such as Opera, QMS, and others.
* Assisting guests with the smooth check-in and check-out processes, ensuring precision and efficiency.
* Assisting guests by providing updated information about the hotel and its facilities, including restaurants and bars, spa, pool, and more.
* Learning about various payment transactions and methods
* Professionally handling incoming phone calls and efficiently directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
* Supporting in the management of reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy and updating the relevant systems.
* Being trained to handle guest feedback using the ILEAD approach under the supervision of a senior colleague.
* Learning about IHG loyalty programs.
* Strictly adhering to organisational policies, procedures, and service standards.
* Receiving comprehensive training throughout your internship to develop the skills necessary to complete tasks with minimal supervision or independently.
* Being provided with a tailored training plan aimed at helping you accomplish your training objectives.
Essential:
* Currently studying or fresh graduate from any Hospitality, Business, or similar field from an accredited and renowned University.
* Good understanding of core hotel operations and True Hospitality service skills
