Responsible for

• Facilitate the development of ADP Group strategy and cascading it across the organization, driving its execution and monitoring performance


• To oversee the excellence roadmap for the organization, maintain the required excellence scheme and QMS system as well as innovation scheme.


• To manage the research program and business intelligence projects to support informed decision making across ADP Group and all its operating entities and units and identify new business initiatives and / or improvement areas.


• Tofacilitate and maintain ADP Group' stakeholder management plan

Objectives and Role Profile

• Develop the Ports Cluster's vision and mission statements, ensuring that such statements are communicated to and understood by all employees, reviewing the vision and mission statements, and ensuring that changes are made to each, as needed.


• Facilitate the development of the overarching Ports Cluster strategy and leading the cascading across the organization, driving its execution and monitoring performance


• Establish governance frameworks on strategy implementation and progress which will be presented to the CEO and BOD.


• Define objectives, frameworks, and metrics for the strategic planning and implementation process, and establish ownerships and timelines.


• Monitor strategy execution of special projects and other initiatives according to highly defined standards.


• Support the development and execution of individual division/department strategies, ensuring alignment with approved Cluster and Group strategies


• Ensure alignment with AD Ports Group Corporate Strategy and liaise with Ports Cluster Senior Management to ensure required adjustments are proposed and executed as required


• Develop and implement investment strategies (building and managing investment portfolios) and perform analytic side of Development investment.

Qualifications/Experience/Competencies

Master's degree in Business and management or relatedfield (ports, airports,
shipping line, logistics or airline experiencepreferred)
* ‎15 years+ management experience with at least ‎7-‎10 years in corporate strategy, performance management, transformation and/or program management.
* Project management experience required, PMP/PRNCE2 certification is a plus
* Strong background and experience in corporate strategy development and execution as well as business transformation
* Haveexperience in conducting feasibility studies, business valuations anddue-diligence exercises, CAPM certification is a plus
