Job Responsibilities:
Vendor Payments – Trade / Non Trade / Rentals.
Lease Agreements – Review / Rent Payments / Rental Trackers
Monthly Closing Activities- Schedules / Reports / Entry Posting / JVs.
Sales Audit for Stores via third Party Audit Team and Certificate Submission
to Mall.
VAT – Monthly VAT Return Preparation & Review.
Support in VAT Audit / Internal Audit/ Statutory Audit.
Store Cash Collection /Reconciliation: Work as a bridge between
outsourcing partner and business to resolve all queries in cash / card
reconciliation / information.
FP&A; – Perform various Financial Analysis & Reports for Business.
MIS Reporting.
MDM – Master Data Management / Vendor records updation.
Budgeting & Forecasting.
Capex Project Controlling / Monitoring and ensuring Capex spend is maintained.
Special Projects based on requirements.
System Knowledge like COGNOS, Oracle , Qlikview, IBM Tools will be an
advantage
