An excellent opportunity has arisen within our in our Marketing Division for a
Business Support Co-ordinator. The incumbent is proactively involved in all
aspects of supporting the Marketing Department, including launches,
advertising, promotions, tradeshows, exhibitions, and conferences. The aim of
this position is to support the business in increasing brand awareness and
delivering company objectives. It involves liaising closely with colleagues
and management across the organization, as well as with external parties, in
order to fully assist in the development and implementation of marketing
plans.

Key Performance areas:
* Responsible for the successful execution of logistic work for all product launch activities, promotions, tradeshows, exhibitions, conferences, sale & marketing meetings, etc.
* Support the business in CME programmes, product planning and brand management.
* Develop and manage promotional materials, including literature, posters, videos, invitations, giveaways, and exhibition displays, adhering to Smith & Nephew's brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
* Facilitate request for samples/consumables/disposables to be used in product trainings and workshops
* Facilitate in monitoring costs, commitments and budget schedules for the division.
* Drafting sponsorship letter and contracts to HCPs engaged by Smith & Nephew.
* Obtain quotes from suppliers and constantly review market rates to get the best deal. Manage Non Seller Third Party (NSTP) supplier relationship under GPP 08 while ensuring accurate and on-time payment by accounts department.
* Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.
* Provide e support including scheduling, coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements, organising meetings, preparing and issuing appointments, agenda papers and minutes, and arranging follow up action as required.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years business experience.
* BA/BSdegree or equivalent
* Background may include Sales and Marketing, Business Administration and Advertising
* Language skills would be desirable but not essential for this role.
* Proven track record in delivering results
* Must be able to effectively work across multiple departments
* Fluent in Arabic and English both verbal and written communication.
* Experienced working in a Matrix Organization
