Overall Description of the Role:

Responsible for creates operational added value through the direction and
organization of human, economic and material resources of a Schindler branch
to meet growth, profitability, and customer / employee satisfaction targets.
The execution of EI sales targets **** in the branch, in accordance with the
product and service positioning strategies. creates value through his/her
responsibility for overall process from offer till handover to customer. in
line with the commercial policy of the Company.
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining Schindler market
share.

Principal Activities and Responsibilities:

• Plan and distribute work assignment in the team in charge in accordance with both demand and company procedures.


• Develop resource planning including objectives, costs, scheduling, resource and capacity, quality and safety assurance


• Manage tasks to achieve the objectives on time and within the cost target by strictly enforcing quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout the entire duration of the works.


• Supervise and control the execution of Existing Installation & repair works, methods, materials and documentation.


• Work closely according to branch matrix as a partnership with sales branch Engineers to cover all repairs and spare parts.


• Establish methods to improve the sick units & MTBC.


• Assure the execution of maintenance tasks, CPSI & NCs according to Schindler policy.


• Stay in regular contact with all customers of the assigned portfolio.


• Analyze current, past and potential new customers to identify opportunities for Schindler to expand the Portfolio.


• Perform the repair offer & modernization kits sales negotiations, closing and supervise the contract compliance


• Coordinate big or complex repair offer & Modernizations kits with OC Field Operations, through the Branch Manager.


• Implement sales processes, tools, and guidelines for service sales.


• Insure implementation of service sales and spare parts price lists,


• Implement action plans to prevent losses and perform recovery and annual increases activities.


• Establish & maintain actions to ensure the maximum conversion rate in the OC.


• Launch new Modernizations kits products ensuring that all required processes, tools, etc. are implemented.


• Ensure the implementation of safety & health processes.


• Apply safety and health policies to all Branch activities according to the established procedures and guidelines.

* Top qualifications Bachelor degree "Engineering Mechanical, Electrical".

Specific Training and Qualification:
* Computer skills at advanced level.
* Advanced English.
* High level of communication and negotiation skills.
* Customer orientation

Experience Required:
Sales and services background are acceptable
