Partner with the best
Project Lead position is required to drive and coordinate Chemical
Manufacturing projects in Kuwait/ Saudi Arabia . These business critical
projects will require continuous execution and monitoring, which needs to have
a dedicated individual on the ground.
As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for:
* Determining and defining project structure- Equity Partnership / JV / Long Term Service Agreements.
* Determining and defining manufacturing and blending project scope and objectives.
* Predicting resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. This requires coordination between project consultants, DCF-technical and quality teams and external manufacturing partners.
* Developing and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
* Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
* Utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
* Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement - Tracking project costs in order to meet budget
* Preparing budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a bachelor 's degree in Chemical Engineering or master's in chemistry.
* Have ‎8+ years relevant experience in a project management, research, and production of chemicals.
* Have experience in managing and setup of manufacturing plants
* Have supply chain experience managing suppliers, products and technology
* Have an excellent communication skills in English.
* Have an effective communication and understanding of overall O&G landscape.
* Have excellent skills with the ability to relate and communicate with all levels involved internally & externally.
* Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
* Have the ability to take prompt decisions in problem resolution when needed.
* Have excellent written, reporting and presentation skills
