As a HSE Lead, your main responsibilities will be:
* To define and implement an HSE management system; and to ensure that HSE values are understood and adopted by the whole entities of Wellhead Platform Fabrication Package.
* To ensure the safety of Package fabrication operations and the preparedness of the relevant personnel.
* To control execution of all contractor's HSE related activities and perform HSE visits and audits in all contractor's facilities (contractor's offices, workshops, fabrication yard)
* To advise management on the implementation of HSE risk analysis and management; to prepare, direct or participate in HSE studies and risk assessments undertaken for the fabrication at yard and the execution of operations; to produce/validate studies performed prior to start-up of activities; and to initiate and implement JSA and risk analysis on construction sites, including environmental issues.
* To support and provide guidance to other site personnel and to all project teams on HSE issues.
* To liaise with Project HSE Manager on HSE issues as required.
10 years' experience as HSE Leader / Supervisor at construction yard for
offshore projects.
