Duties


Incumbent will serve as the primary coordinator for access control and badging
for Embassy Abu Dhabi. The incumbent will approve access requests and issue
temporary and permanent badges for all USDH, LES, EFM, VVIP and TDY personnel
to post. Coordinates with Mission and D.C. based personnel to ensure viability
of the computerized ID badge system. Conducts minor computer and printer
service. Ensure badge application forms have been properly completed and
verify RSO signature authorizing issuance of IDs. Provide additional support
as required.


Qualifications and Evaluations


Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Minimum two years of work experience in U.S. government or
comparable setting to office management or administration.
Education Requirements:
Completion of High School education is required.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Level IV (Fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing of English is required.
This may be tested.


SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to interact with a variety of individuals effectively and
professionally. Must be able to work independently and with minimal
supervision while completing daily tasks. Must be able to work with
individuals at all levels of the organization in a tactful yet firm manner to
ensure that requests are acted upon quickly and accurately.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR
