Description
JOB PURPOSE
* Provide support to the Delivery Assurance team from design to handover to ensure villas delivered on time and in line to the relevant standards and quality.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide support in the setting of budget, policies, and procedures in collaboration with the line manager to enhance the performance of Teyaseer in successfully delivering against its mandate.
* Provide support in the implementation of the set processes / system tools to ensure efficient and accurate view of Project progress, overall performance and key risks and issues.
* Monitor contract of Delivery Partner to help deliver villas smartly, efficiently, on time and on budget
* Conduct periodic audit of the Delivery Partner deliverables; Escalate complaints when required.
* Facilitate the Tender Evaluation process for both Consultants and Contractors.
* Ensure concept and detailed Design of the villa Project meet quality assurance standards.
* Ensure inspections are conducted at regular intervals in line to the Customer requirements.
* Ensure timely reviews of payment milestone applications from Consultants and Contractors.

* Customer Satisfaction Index (via Survey).
* Smooth Delivery Assurance Operations at all times.
* Compliance with all Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures.
* Effectiveness in resolving customer complaints.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
* Regular working hours. Indoor Office.
RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE
Min of 2+ years of experience in technical Design and construction of
residential Projects or a related field.
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
Retail estate sector, hospitality, banking sector, Client centric, Service
sector.
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
* Strong knowledge of customer service standards and customer quality delivery standards.
* Good understanding of the "Design and build" journey for residential Project
* Well-versed with regulatory Design and construction guidelines, best practice in Vendor management and quality assurance process and procedures
* Must be able to read, write and speak Arabic
Qualifications
* Bachelors / Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture
* Professional certification preferred - CIOB, ICE, PMP, Prince2, CPM etc.
* UAE National preferred
