Our successful Engineering Co-Ordinators …

· co-ordinate the maintenance manager’s schedule
· compile rosters and co-ordinate the department’s training schedule
· Keep records of new work orders and follow-up
· assist with compilation of reports
· maintain the department’s filing system and notice boards
· observe and enforce health, safety and hygiene regulations
· maintains proper records in the Engineering stores and that supplies are
received at the correct price, quality and source
· work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards
consistently and accurately • Manage self to ensure maximum productivity and
guest satisfaction on each shift
* Accumulate information according to standard documentation and procedures
* Adhere to agreed systems and procedures
* Articulate requests from guests in such a way it is relevant and accurate
* Resolve guests complaints to the satisfaction of the guest
* Adhere to and maintain security procedures which impact on both guests and staff
* Monitor and report on operating equipment and stock levels pertinent to the Department
* Communicate effectively
* Adhere to Health, Safety and Hygiene procedures
* Adhere to Waste disposal procedures
* Basic numeracy skills
* To obtain safety certificates for specified equipment such as elevators, boilers, compressors, etc.
