The Job Opportunity
The ELV Systems Team Leader will oversee the planning and scheduling of all
resources required to deliver the service. This will include parts, labour and
the input of the specialist service delivery partners to ensure that the daily
work orders are completed in a timely manner.
Key accountabilities
Manage all IT/ELV systems.
Support and have responsibility for ensuring the estate team implement the
policies and procedures for the Estates Service such as the Permit to Work
System and Emergency Procedures.
Support the Maintenance activities of the department, by providing specialist
engineering knowledge and advice, associated with the full range of building
services.
Undertake Authorised Person (AP) duties for appropriate systems.

Able to foster good relations with colleagues and other departments and be a
good team player.
Good communication skills.
Flexibility, excellent attention to detail and ability to identify key issues.
Able to work under stringent deadlines and high-pressure environment.
Specific requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a large complex
service organization.
Diploma/degree in Computer, Electronics or IT Engineering.
Good experience on access control, CCTV, barriers, motorized blind and louver
systems and IT configuration.
Experience of direct line management of staff
