Maintenance Supervisor - Manufacturing

Responsibilities:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Create, Maintain and Implement Maintenance Programs and Procedures
* Supervise and Lead Maintenance process and Operations.
* Develop a plan and work schedule that will optimize resource Utilization.
* Monitor and Control Inventory of Maintenance Spare parts.
* Coordinate Installation and Movement of Production Equipment.
* Drive and Improve Key Performance Indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, MTTF
* Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians.
* Manage systems and equipment data storage and maintain high levels of standards and accuracy
* Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions
* Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford
* Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level
* Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
* Bachelor 's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Minimum ‎5 years' in Similar Role

Skills and Knowledge:
* Proven analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
* Strong organization and time-management skills.
* Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of MRP/ERP - preferably JDE
* Good communication skills (oral and written).
* Knowledge in Microsoft Office
* Knowledge and Experience in Maintaining CNC Machines
* Ability to read part manuals, electrical and Mechanical schematics, Instruction and Troubleshooting guides.
