Financial Planning & Analysis

Summary

Providing financial support, and analysis to MEA Region. Emphasis of the
position is on leading and driving high quality data and financial analysis
around the Region 's business strategy, operational improvement initiatives,
analytics and reporting.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

• Provides comprehensive financial advice and expertise to the MEA Region in running the day-to-day FP &A business.


• Analyzes operating budgets and financial results (including working closely with field management) to identify trends and activities driving those results and makes recommendations on potential changes, both operational and financial in nature, to improve performance.


• Support Senior Management in driving the business planning process for the Region, to set metrics/targets to effectively run the business.


• Creates and assembles financial "What If" scenarios for management of decision making activities.


• Collaborates with management to develop "best practices" reporting tools to be implemented across the region.


• Proactively resolves and develops solutions to daily operational issues with minimal direction.


• Develops/give support to MEA Countries on operational/financial reports for review by senior management.


• Conducts post-mortem analysis of projects and developing "Lessons Learned" to be used on a go-forward basis.


• Assists management in special projects as assigned.


• Assist/Prepare consolidated region presentations for Region Leadership (Sr. Management and Region VP) based on Countries monthly Business Presentations.

Qualifications

• ‎5-‎10 years of experience; MBA is a plus, but more value given to real world experience


• Desired previous experience in FP &A role.


• Must be able to work under pressure.


• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.


• Must be able to work with the team in developing improved work processes for the department.
