You will make your mark as receptionist at our Abu Dhabi branch office. As a
receptionist at our Abu Dhabi branch office, you will have the opportunity to
make a strong impression on our employees and visitors by providing excellent
service at the reception desk. Your responsibilities will include warmly
welcoming and assisting visitors, ensuring their needs are met and questions
answered. Additionally, you will be expected to handle incoming calls promptly
and professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments or taking
messages when necessary. Your attention to detail and professional demeanor
will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment for all who
enter our office.
Your responsibilities as a receptionist are:
* Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures). Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email, direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
* Maintain office security by following safety procedures, controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook), and issuing visitor badges. Perform other clerical receptionist duties as needed.
* Managing company provided accommodation including searching, securing, and furnishing new apartments, as well as handling lease renewals.
* Coordinate with HR Department regarding the accommodation and transportation requirements for new hires and visitors.
* Update the company intranet site with the latest news and information and manage in- and outgoing post and courier deliveries.
* Organize company events, special celebrations, dinners, etc.
Your qualities and experience
You can make your mark as receptionist if you have:
* Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
* At least 2 - 3 years ' relevant work experience, preferably in a multinational company, multicultural environment.
* Experience in MS Office (excellent Excel skills).
* Good listening skills and ability to anticipate.
* Outstanding problem-solving skills.
* Customer oriented approach.
