Store In-charge and Procurement Job Description
‎1. Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's
area of operation.
‎2. Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par
levels or needs.
‎3. Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices
are filed and stored properly.
‎4. Monitor Periodic Automatic Replacement levels for all food items to ensure
proper levels.
‎5. Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase,
delivery note, and agreed quantity has been received.
‎6. Responsible for storage of both food & beverage and operational stock
‎7. Responsible for the day-to-day check on the storage facilities of upkeep
and hygiene.
‎8. Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
‎9. Ensure all store requisitions are signed by the concerned Department
‎10. Heads (HODs) and approved by FC/GM depending upon the F & B operations
procedure.
‎11. Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.
‎12. Ensure the store requisition form is signed by the person collecting the
goods and entered into the Inventory/Materials Management System.
‎13. Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures particularly relating to food
and beverage items.
‎14. Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
‎15. Assist the Accounts Payable Clerk / payable assistant in finding out any
cost discrepancies.
‎16. Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
‎17. Troubleshoot any vendor delivery issues and oversee/follow up on the
return process.
‎18. Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and
logs.
‎19. Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in
strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,‎000.00 - AED5,‎000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
