The Role
* Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. - Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions and being able to describe and explain the same to the guests - Being able to recognize opportunity and to successfully upsell or recommend a HPI product to the guests - Always respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. - Collecting genuine feedback from the guest and share the same with the team and store in charge - Take responsibility for ensuring a positive guest experience. - Perform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned or as requested by Supervisors or manager. - Responsible for maintain the premises clean and organized - Coordinate with kitchen and bar when there is some special customers request and deliver the same orders accordingly
Requirements
* Know basic cashiering procedures like handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards and vouchers. - Excellent communication skills. - Must have the physical abilities to carry out the functions of the job description - Excellent Customer Service - High Energy and Self Motivated - Able to perform Sales as per the customer needs and expectations
