We have a great opportunity for a talented Commis 1 to join our Bord Eau
Restaurant kitchen team. The successful applicant will have a love for food
and a passion for organisation and presentation, they will assist in the
smooth day-to-day running of the department. Bord Eau is a classical French
cuisine elevated by the very best produce. Artfully plated dishes paired with
the finest wines promise a meal to remember at this Louis XIII décor inspired
restaurant.

What will you do?
Maintain stock levels.
Assure hygiene standards are kept to the highest of levels at all times.
Assist colleagues in a thoughtful manner.
Make sure that all stock/food is stored correctly and in an organised fashion.
Listen to colleague/manager requests and carry out daily duties correctly and
efficiently.

The hotel comprises 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites and 6 four-bedroom
villas with private pools, all furnished to the highest standards in a modern
Arabic style. To meet the needs of long-staying guests, the hotel offers 161
fully-furnished spacious serviced apartments ranging from studios to four-
