DHL Global Freight Forwarding - United Arab Emirates has an opening for a
Junior HRBP* where you will support administration of various HR
activities to achieve smooth implementation of HR processes and policies in
line with HR plans and process guidelines. Join us now in connecting people

In this Junior HRBP position*

• You will undertake defined tasks and activities to implement HR processes and policies.


• You will support administration focusing on addressing immediate HR tasks/ interactions/ issues to set standards and instructions.


• You will answer manager/employee queries by responding with accurate and timely information on individual contracts, HR processes, policies, etc.


• You will understand and work to key HR concepts, processes, methods, and tools.


• You will recognize recurring issues and trends related to HR processes and address the same as per guidelines, else escalate for resolution.


• You will gather and enter relevant data to provide effective administrative support.


• You will explain facts, practices, policies, etc. to others within the organization adhering to narrowly defined procedures, standards and guidelines.


• You will support and interact primarily with colleagues of own team.


• You will communicate information that requires some explanation or interpretation.


• You will address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships.
