The Role
Position Title: Store Supervisor Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to
5.5K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus OT
pay Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: An Italian pizzeria based
in Abu Dhabi that offers take away and pick up orders Job Description: •
Generate reports for stakeholders as needed. • Ensure team members always
maintain a professional appearance and motivate them to achieve daily goals. •
Consistently meet KPIs set by upper management, while optimizing store
performance and efficiency and minimizing waste. • Collaborate with online
delivery partners to ensure efficient deliveries and strive for top ratings on
delivery platforms. • Maintain daily product quality, ensure adherence to
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the store, and provide good customer
service.
Requirements
Qualifications: • Open to Asian and Arabic nationals • 35 years old and
below • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same role • Preferably with
experience from a pizza store/restaurant • Supervisory or team leader
experience in F &B; industry within UAE is a must • Must be amenable to
flexible shift • Immediate joiners will be prioritized
