PAL Aerospace Services Aircraft Maintenance LLC (PAL Aerospace) is growing and
is hiring one (1) Accounting and one (1) Treasury Clerks, to provide remote
services to operations based in Canada, and abroad. Based in the Abu Dhabi
office, the successful candidates will serve as part of the team operating in
the UAE and will be primarily focused on providing services to remote
clientele.
PAL Aerospace is currently looking for two Accounting and Treasury Clerk to
join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Your duties and responsibilities will evolve over time as your experience with
our organization, and the needs of our clientele grows. These will include,
but will not be limited to:
* Performing day to day processing of accounts payable transactions;
* Process and compile customer invoices and billings
* Ensure customer invoices align with contract terms
* Ensure customer invoices are submitted to Treasury
* Vendor statement reconciliations;
* Corporate Credit Card statement processing for individual employee statements
* Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements;
* Balance sheet reconciliations and analysis;
* Assist with tasks to support daily, monthly and yearly forecasting;
* Tracking and analysis of various statistics;
* Assist with weekly management reporting;
* Assist in the preparation of the annual budget; Maintain spreadsheets;
* All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* College certificate or University Degree in Accounting (Experience would be considered equally)
* 1 - 2 years of experience in an accounting/treasury environment;
* Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel;
* Strong attention to detail;
* Ability to prioritize and meet time sensitive deadlines;
* Excellent organizational and communication skills;
* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
* Ability to obtain a clear record of conduct.
