Summary
Someone who is a focused and energetic person with a keen sense
of urgency, physically and mentally agile to manage in a dynamic and
challenging environment, maintain a composed demeanor when
balancing the smallest of guest requests to extremely critical emergency
situations.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism
management. Minimum 2 years of Rooms Division work experience as a Team Leader
in larger operations. Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal
skills are a must.
