KBR is looking for a Project Time Keeper to be based in Abu Dhabi - UAE
Job Description
* To follow up with Individual timesheet of all project employees.
* Computes total time worked by employees, check accuracy and post to payroll.
* Consolidate the Induvial time sheet and get it approved from stake holder.
* To maintain leave records of all project employees and ensure to reconcile with system on monthly basis.
* Reconciliation of approved timesheet with system booked hours and make necessary corrections.
* To track the mobilization / demobilization of employees and update the necessary report.
* To be ready available for taking additional roles whenever required by the team.
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar activities
