We are currently looking for a Timesheet Keeper who Is responsible for
monitoring the submission Timesheets of our project staff in UAE, Oman, KSA
regions. The candidate will be based in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements
* A relevant degree qualification
* Minimum of 3 years ' experience of working in Administration, handling Administration functions
* Good communication skills
* Excellent team player
* Ability to work under tight deadlines
* Fluency in English
* Strong working knowledge in Excel
* System knowledge desired - Oracle, Accpac, Resource Manager
Primary Responsibilities
* Adding and removing of employees in the system on joining and leaving
* Give a brief introduction of timesheet procedure to new employees
* Provide monthly Timesheet summary for payroll of the month
* Resolves time sheet discrepancies, incorrect charging of jobs and un-approved time sheets
* Monitors and follows-up the timely submission of time sheets
* Summarize OT hours for payroll processing (RM and Manual PDF timesheet)
* Report summary of Unpaid leaves, Annual leave balance
