Looking for a Receptionist for Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that inquiries are handled promptly and accurately.
* Greet and welcome visitors and clients to the office, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
* Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is functioning properly and well-stocked.
* Coordinate with maintenance and repair services for office equipment as needed.
* Collect and distribute couriers or parcels among employees, ensuring that everything is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
* Deal with queries or requests from visitors and employees, escalating to the appropriate person as needed.
* Assist colleagues with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and report preparation.
* Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
* Three years of experience in customer service, administrative, or related role.
* Familiarity with basic office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Professional and friendly demeanor, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
* Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
