Looking for an Office Administrator for Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and organize office activities.
* Preparing letter, presentation and daily report for the CEO.
* Supervising administrative staffs on a daily basis.
* Maintaining physical and digital record of all the office staffs.
* Update internal data base with new hired information.
* Attending meetings with the top managements.
* Organizing the calendar for meetings
* Implementing office rules and regulation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree Holder.
* Minimum of three years with the same role.
* Strong ability to multitask.
* Good communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
