Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Education or higher OR a PGCE with a Bachelor's Degree in English Language Arts or a related field.
* Teaching license from home country/province
* Must have completed a supervised practicum while earning Education Qualification
* Minimum of ‎2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Canadian curriculum private school or international school setting.
* Strong knowledge and experience in student-centred learning, standards-based grading, and reporting principles, developing critical thinking skills in students, and fostering an inquiry-based learning environment.
* Proficient in the use of technology in the classroom.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passionate about teaching and committed to providing high-quality education to students.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Experience in working with English Language Learners is preferable
