The job of HCM & OD lead (Human Capital Management & Organization Development)
is important to business success. People are our most important asset and
you'll be the one to ensure we have a fulfilled and productive workplace where
everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives. Promoting
corporate values and shaping a positive culture of HR aspects. Running all HR
operation ( Personnel,Recruitment ,Training,Government relation ) As well as
identify opportunities to increase an organization's effectiveness by
efficiently utilizing and managing our resources. You would analyze business
operations and processes, interview personnel to identify developmental needs,
and report the impact of their interventions to executives and senior
management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations personnels by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Knowledge of planning and implementing governmental regulations initiatives ( localizations plans / New Nitaqat /Moawamah Certificates/HRDF/GOSI/Qiwa Platforms ..exc)
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Conduct competency validation, profiling, and other needs assessment methods to identify and prioritize organizational needs and gaps.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite /Google workplace or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field required.
*
5-10 years Experience with A minimum of three years of management role or
executive experience
*
SHRM-CP or CIPD is highly desired.
