Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our team.
The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records,
preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting
regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare and review financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
* Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts
* and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
* Perform month-end and year-end close procedures, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
* Coordinate and liaise with internal and external auditors during financial audits
* Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations
* Assist in the development and implementation of accounting systems and procedures
* Provide financial analysis and support to management as needed
Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred
* Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Effective communication and interpersonal
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
