Job Description:
Job Title: eCommerce Accountant
Location: Hamriyah Free Zone, UAE
Salary Range: 10,000 - 15,000 AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham)

Role Summary:
As an eCommerce Accountant at Fresh Start FZE, you will be responsible for
managing the financial aspects of our eCommerce operations. You will play a
crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and
reconciliation for our online sales channels. Your expertise in P &L analysis
and budgeting will contribute to the overall financial success of our
eCommerce business.
Qualification Summary:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in the eCommerce industry
* Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
* Proficiency in P&L analysis, budgeting, and reconciliation
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L reports, for our eCommerce operations
* Monitor and track eCommerce revenue, expenses, and profitability
* Develop and maintain budgets for eCommerce activities
* Perform regular reconciliations of eCommerce transactions and accounts
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
* Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement within the eCommerce operations
* Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections for eCommerce sales
Skills Required:
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
* Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and payment gateways
* Knowledge of inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes
* Familiarity with UAE tax regulations and reporting requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Nice to Have:
* Certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, CMA)
* Experience with international eCommerce operations
* Knowledge of customs and import/export regulations
