Supply Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Supply Supervisor is responsible to the Site Management/Primary Site
Supply Chain Manager for the effective and efficient management of all War
Reserve Material (WRM) equipment and Mobility Readiness Spares Packages
(MRSP's) under their control. Establishes a storage plan and warehouse all
equipment and MRSP. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS)
and ISO ‎9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).

Principal Accountabilities
* Ensures inventories of all WRM equipment and MRSP assets are performed.
Ensure MRSP kits are on-hand or on order to maintain a ‎95% or above fill rate.
* Manages the movement of equipment and MRSP assets to suitable storage and updates applicable records to reflect locations. This includes issuing and receiving equipment for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and preparing equipment and MRSP for all deployments and exercises.
* Performs limited inspector duties ensuring supplies and equipment are maintained in accordance with directives.
* Manages the shelf-life program.
* Maintains the computer products and documents needed to manage the storage maintenance and movement of all assets stored at the sites.
* Ensures periodic warehouse location validations are performed.
* Conducts warehouse inspections ensuring compliance with applicable warehouse storage directives.
* Ensures assets in stock are kept clean, serviceable and protected from the elements.
Manages the receipt and shipment of all assets at the respective site at the
direction of the Supply Chain Manager.
* Develops work standards for subordinates.
* Implements the precepts of quality assurance within the guidelines set forth in the ISO ‎9001 program.
* Ensures work is completed and provides employees feedback.
* Conducts on-the-job training.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
* Works in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.
* Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.
Minimum Requirements:
* Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.
* Must possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.
* May be required to operate material handling equipment.
* High School diploma or equivalent required.
* Three to five years' experience within the Standard Base Supply System required.
* Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of ‎50 lbs.
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
* Must be a US Citizen.
* Able to obtain and maintain a Government Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of basic mathematics, USAF of US service equivalent property accounting through manual or automated systems and SBSS policies and procedures preferred.
* Maximo experience preferred.
