Purpose of the Job:
Ensures the organization is driving for continuous improvement to achieve and
sustain zero accidents and zero incidents.
Job key Responsibilities:
* Showing example behaviour regarding Safety and Sustainability and Supporting the Brewery manager in leading the Safety Pillar.
Introduces the Last Minute Risk Assessment (LMRA) for contractors.
Leads the investigation of safety events and defines roles and responsibilities in this process.
Ensures that preventive observation is done by managers, supervisors and specialists (Behavioural Based-Safety progression).
Ensures further development of the Daily / Monthly / Yearly control system (safety tags, near misses, safe / unsafe behaviours, etc.)
Effectively organizes the safety department and manages the Emergency Team Coordinator, First Aid Squad Coordinator, Process Safety Specialist and BBS Specialist including recruitment, performance management and development, according to the Heineken procedures.
Ensures training of employees, managers and contractors in BB-S, preventive observations and LMRA.
Ensures further development of safety engineer by means of extra training according to Capability Development Framework.
Organises the validation of safety instructions (SOP's, OPL's, etc.).
Job Qualifications:
Education:
* Bacholer degree in Engineering , post studies is a plus
* Previous Experience in Safety Behavior & Risk Assesment
