Responsibilities

Operational tasks:

Receive work schedule from the CS Team Leader.
Catalog and test all new incoming Raw Material from New vendors and record the
results.
Responsible for the testing and up keeping records of parameter results
concerning all Enhanced/Modified or New Products.
Responsible for the safekeeping of relevant technical documents associated
with product trials and test results.
Brief the C.S Team Leader prior to all results obtained in the performance of
Enhanced/Modified or new Products.
Adheres to policies regarding confidential information.
Responsible for the preparation of sample requests coming from sales team for
new development or new modified products.
Keep eye on Zero LTI (Loss Time Injury) and complete follow up on EHSQ
guidelines
Ensure compliance to ISO ‎9001 by following the Quality and Technical Manuals.
Balances team and individual responsibilities. Puts success of team above own
interests.
Gives and welcomes feedback, while contributing to build a positive team
spirit.
Performs other duties that may be required by the immediate superior.

Experience

Education:

Bachelor 's Degree in chemistry or Higher secondary

Working Experience:

Breadth/depth of experience required
Minimum of ‎2 years' Experience working with similar systems in a similar
business environment

Industry and/or Country specific requirements:

Construction Chemicals Industry is a plus

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

Chemistry -- Knowledge of the chemical composition, structure, and properties
of substances and of the chemical processes and transformations that they
undergo. This includes uses of chemicals and their interactions, danger signs,
production techniques, and disposal methods.

IT skills:

Microsoft Office
SAP (Optional)
